- cancellation of participation before July 15, 2022 – 50% of the fee will be refunded;
- cancellation made after July 15, 2022 – no refund can be processed.

Отмена участия:
- cancellation of participation before August 15, 2022 – 50% of the fee will be refunded;

Please note that we do not assume the bank transfer fee for the refund.
Notification of cancellation should be made in writing and sent by email to the Symposium Technical Secretariat.
All refunds are made after the Symposium, reduced by bank and overhead costs.
